Registration
Holy supports online event registration so members can sign up for events from within the app.
Enabling Registration
When creating or editing an event, toggle Registration to enable it. Configure:

| Registration Opens | When people can start registering |
| Registration Closes | Deadline for registration |
| Capacity | Maximum number of registrants |
| Waitlist | Enable waitlist when capacity is full |
| Approval Required | Require staff approval for each registration |
Registration Flow
Member views event
→ Clicks "Register"
→ Fills in registration form (if custom fields exist)
→ Receives confirmation email
→ Appears in the event's attendee listCapacity Management
When an event reaches capacity:
- Registration button shows "Full"
- If waitlist is enabled, members can join the waitlist
- When a spot opens (cancellation), the next person on the waitlist is automatically registered and notified
Custom Registration Fields
Add custom fields to the registration form:
- Text input (e.g., dietary restrictions)
- Dropdown select (e.g., t-shirt size)
- Checkbox (e.g., "I agree to the waiver")
Cancellation
Registrants can cancel their registration from their profile. Staff can also cancel registrations from the event management page.
