Creating Events
Create a New Event
- Navigate to Events > Create Event
- Fill in the event details:

| Name | Event title |
| Description | What the event is about |
| Event Type | One-time, Recurring, or Multi-day |
| Campus | Which campus hosts this event |
| Location | Venue or room name |
| Start Date/Time | When the event begins |
| End Date/Time | When the event ends |
| Capacity | Maximum attendees (optional) |
| Registration | Enable/disable online registration |
| Visibility | Public (visible to all) or Private (invite only) |
Managing Events
From the event page, you can:
- Edit event details
- View registered attendees
- Send communications to registrants
- Take attendance on the day of the event
- Cancel the event (notifies registrants)
Event Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet published, only visible to staff |
| Published | Visible to members, registration open |
| Closed | Registration closed, event still upcoming |
| Completed | Event has ended |
| Cancelled | Event was cancelled |
