People
People Directory
The people directory is your central hub for finding and managing individuals in your church.
Browsing the Directory
Navigate to People in the sidebar to view the full directory. The default view shows all people sorted alphabetically by last name.
Searching
Use the search bar at the top of the directory to find people by:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
Search results update in real-time as you type.
Filtering
Apply filters to narrow down the directory:
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Membership Status | Visitor, Regular Attendee, Member |
| Campus | Any campus in your church |
| Tags | Any tag you've created |
| Gender | Male, Female |
| Age Range | Custom min/max age |
| Group Membership | People in a specific group |
Filters can be combined for precise segmentation.
Adding a Person
Click Add Person to create a new record. Required fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
All other fields are optional and can be filled in later.
Person Profile
Click any person to view their full profile, which includes:
- Contact information
- Household connections
- Group memberships
- Giving history (if permissions allow)
- Attendance history
- Tags
- Pastoral notes (if permissions allow)
- Activity timeline
