Groups
Group Membership
Manage who belongs to each group and what role they play.
Adding Members
Members can be added to a group in three ways:
- Manual — Group leader or staff adds a person from the directory
- Self-join — Members browse available groups and request to join
- Bulk add — Select multiple people from the directory and add to a group
Member Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Leader | Full group management, attendance, communication |
| Co-Leader | Attendance and communication, cannot delete group |
| Member | View group info and other members |
Managing Members
From the group page, leaders can:
- View all current members
- Change a member's role
- Remove a member from the group
- See each member's attendance history within the group
Group Capacity
If a group has a capacity limit:
- The group shows as "Full" when capacity is reached
- Self-join requests are added to a waitlist
- Leaders are notified when the waitlist has entries
- Leaders can override capacity to add members manually
