User Management
Manage who has access to your church's Holy account.
Inviting Users
- Go to Settings > Users
- Click Invite User
- Enter their email address
- Select a role (Admin, Staff, Leader, Member)
- Select campus access (all campuses or specific ones)
- Click Send Invite
The invitee receives an email with a link to set up their account.
User Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | User can log in and use the platform |
| Invited | Invitation sent, not yet accepted |
| Deactivated | Access revoked, cannot log in |
Deactivating a User
To revoke someone's access:
- Go to Settings > Users
- Find the user and click Deactivate
- Confirm the action
Deactivated users:
- Cannot log in
- Their data (notes, activity) is preserved
- Can be reactivated later if needed
Password Resets
Users can reset their own password from the login page. Admins can also trigger a password reset email from the user management page.
