User Management

Manage who has access to your church's Holy account.

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role (Admin, Staff, Leader, Member)
  5. Select campus access (all campuses or specific ones)
  6. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with a link to set up their account.

User Statuses

StatusDescription
ActiveUser can log in and use the platform
InvitedInvitation sent, not yet accepted
DeactivatedAccess revoked, cannot log in

Deactivating a User

To revoke someone's access:

  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Find the user and click Deactivate
  3. Confirm the action

Deactivated users:

  • Cannot log in
  • Their data (notes, activity) is preserved
  • Can be reactivated later if needed

Password Resets

Users can reset their own password from the login page. Admins can also trigger a password reset email from the user management page.
