Service Attendance

Track how many people attend each worship service to understand trends and plan accordingly.

Recording Service Attendance

Head Count

The simplest method — enter the total number of attendees for a service:

1. Go to Attendance > Services
2. Select the service date and time
3. Enter the head count
4. Save

Individual Attendance

For more detailed tracking, record which specific people attended:

1. Go to Attendance > Services
2. Select the service date and time
3. Search and check off individuals who attended
4. Save

Individual tracking enables person-level attendance history and engagement scoring.

Multi-Service Tracking

If your church has multiple service times, each is tracked separately:

Sunday, March 15
  ├── 9:00 AM Service  → 245 attendees
  ├── 11:00 AM Service → 312 attendees
  └── 6:00 PM Service  → 87 attendees
  Total: 644 attendees

Campus-Level Tracking

Multi-campus churches can view attendance by campus or aggregated across all campuses.
