Check-In

Holy provides multiple check-in options to make attendance tracking seamless.

Check-In Methods

Self Check-In (App)

Members check in from their phone:

1. Open the Holy app or visit app.holyplatform.com
2. Tap Check In on the home screen
3. Select the current service or event
4. Confirm attendance

Kiosk Mode

Set up a tablet at your entrance as a check-in kiosk:

1. Go to Settings > Check-In > Kiosk Mode
2. Open the kiosk URL on a dedicated tablet
3. Members search their name and tap to check in
4. Optionally print a name tag

QR Code

Generate a unique QR code for each service:

1. Go to Attendance > Services > [Service] > QR Code
2. Display the QR code on screens or print it
3. Members scan with their phone camera
4. They're checked in automatically

Children's Check-In

For kids' ministry, the check-in process includes additional safety features:

• Parent/guardian verification
• Matching security codes for pickup
• Allergy and medical alerts displayed to volunteers
• Name tag printing with security code

Check-In Dashboard

During a live service, the check-in dashboard shows:

• Real-time attendee count
• Check-ins per minute
• List of recently checked-in people
• Alerts (e.g., first-time visitors, birthdays)
