Quickstart

Get from zero to a fully functional church management system in just a few steps.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Navigate to app.holyplatform.com and sign up with your email address. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

Step 2: Complete Onboarding

After signing in, the onboarding wizard will guide you through:

  1. Church Details — Name, address, phone number, website
  2. Denomination — Select your church's denomination or choose "Non-denominational"
  3. Campus Setup — Add your primary campus location
  4. Branding — Upload your church logo and choose a theme color

Step 3: Invite Your Team

Go to Settings > Users to invite staff members:

  • Admin — Full access to all features and settings
  • Staff — Access to people, groups, events, and attendance
  • Volunteer — Limited access to assigned areas

Step 4: Add Your First Members

Navigate to People > Add Person to start building your directory. You can also import members in bulk via CSV.

Step 5: Explore

You're all set! Explore the sidebar to discover all the features Holy has to offer:

  • People — Manage your church directory
  • Groups — Set up small groups and ministries
  • Giving — Configure online donations
  • Events — Create your first event
